May the 27th.
As we reflect upon the last fragment of St. John's Gospel, we are reminded that all that is contained in all the gospels is but a small part of all that Jesus said and did in his few years here in this world.
It is intended not to give us all the answers, but rather a pathway through which we can come to know God, who is the truth and the source of all answers.
We draw to a close our 90 day return to hope.
The problems of the world still surround us. Hopefully we have come to know ourselves and God a little better. With that, we can deal with them more successfully.
Come, Holy Spirit, renew the face of the earth.
