The Food Pantry and Soup Kitchen provides families with food parcels each month to prevent hunger. On a daily basis we offer a sandwich program which provides a bagged lunch to anyone who walks through the door, no questions asked.
Soup Kitchen/Sandwich Program:
It offers a free bag lunch to anyone who comes to the door; no questions asked. Clients do not have to register, and do not have to reside in a specific geographic area.
Provides food twice per month to households that live in our assigned area as delineated by the CNY Food Bank. Check the CNY Food Bank’s FOOD FINDER here to see which food pantry you should visit.
“Eligible households will receive enough food for 5 days equaling 15 meals per visit.
What does someone need to bring to the food pantry in order to get food?
- They need photo identification
- Proof of address – Mail of any sort (eg. Utility or Phone Bill)
- Proof for everyone in his or her household (eg. Benefit Card, Health Insurance Card, Report Card, Birth Certificate)
We accept food donations, but not if it is expired a year from the current date. We do not accept clothing donations.
